That is why we offer you the possibility to return the products you have purchased in our online store within 14 calendar days from the delivery date, without needing to justify your decision or bear any cost, except for the return shipping.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing through our contact form, indicating your name, address, order number, and the products you wish to return. We will send you a confirmation email with instructions on how to make the return.
Products must be in their original condition, unused and unmanipulated, with their packaging and labeling intact. Returns of products that have been opened or damaged will not be accepted, unless it is a factory defect.
