Shipping policy

At Teamatchazen we want you to receive your order as soon as possible and in the best conditions. Therefore, we work with trusted shipping companies and offer you different shipping options depending on your location and preferences.

These are the shipping options available:

• Standard shipping: free for the entire peninsula of Spain. The delivery time is 3 to 5 business days from confirmation of the order.
• Express shipping: available throughout the Spanish peninsula for an additional cost of €3. The delivery time is 24 to 48 business hours from confirmation of the order.
• International shipping: available for the rest of the European Union countries for a cost of €5. The delivery time is 5 to 10 business days from confirmation of the order.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to causes beyond our control, such as holidays, weather conditions or transport incidents. In the event that your order is delayed, we will inform you as soon as possible and do our best to resolve it.
