Everything you need to start making matcha at home: one bag of Organic Ceremonial Matcha Tea 100g and our official stainless steel measuring spoon, which scoops exactly 2g per cup.
Ceremonial matcha from the 1st harvest, 1st grade: sweet umami, a fine foam and total L-theanine of 1.2%. With the measuring spoon included, every cup comes out just right from the very first time.
Our matcha comes from the Jingshan Mountains in Zhejiang province, China, the historic home of matcha. From there it travelled to Japan in the 12th century and became the heart of the tea ceremony. Today its misty slopes and mineral-rich soils still produce leaves of an exceptional green, grown in the shade to build up L-theanine, chlorophyll and natural sweetness.
