Returns Policy
At Tea Matcha Zen, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, we offer you the possibility to return products purchased from our online store within 14 calendar days from the delivery date, without needing to justify your decision or incur any cost, except for the return shipping cost.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing through our contact form, stating your name, address, order number, and the products you wish to return. We will send you a confirmation email with instructions for making the return.
Products must be in their original condition, unused or unaltered, and with their packaging and labeling intact. Returns will not be accepted for products that have been opened or damaged, unless it is a manufacturing defect.
Once we receive the returned products, we will check their condition and proceed with a refund of the amount paid for them, using the same payment method you used for the purchase. The refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date you notify us of your decision to withdraw.
You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the reason for the return is our error or a product defect. In that case, we will cover the shipping costs and send you a new product or refund the full amount of your purchase, including the initial shipping costs.
