How to prepare it in a cup

  1. Sift 0.8–1 g (≈ 1/3–1/2 teaspoon) into a bowl.
  2. Add 60–100 ml of water at 70–80 °C .
  3. Beat with chasen in “M/W” for 15–20 s until a fine foam is achieved.
  4. Add more water to taste.

Premium latte (consumption idea)

This product does not contain milk; it is 100% matcha.

  1. Sift 1–1.5 g of matcha and emulsify with 20–30 ml of water at 70–80 °C .
  2. Add 180–220 ml of milk or plant-based drink.

Note: This is a full-bodied matcha. 2 or more grams per cup may be too intense.
