Our matcha comes from the Jingshan Mountains, in China's Zhejiang province, the historic origin of matcha tea. From there, it traveled to Japan in the 12th century to become the heart of the tea ceremony. Today, its constantly misty slopes and mineral soils continue to produce leaves of exceptional green, cultivated under shade to concentrate L-theanine, chlorophyll, and natural sweetness.

How to use it in recipes

Latte: 2g in hot water, whisk until lump-free, then add milk or plant-based drink. Baking: sift with flour, 1–2 teaspoons per 250g. Smoothies and ice creams: 1 teaspoon per serving.
