Shipping policy

We want your order to arrive quickly and in good condition. We work with reliable carriers, and shipping is free to every country we serve.

• Free shipping to the United Kingdom, with no minimum order. Delivery in 3 to 5 working days from order confirmation.
• Also free to Spain, Portugal, Germany, Austria, Belgium, France and Italy. Delivery in 3 to 5 working days, or 24 to 48 working hours within Spain.
• There is no express tariff and no rush surcharge. The stated time is the one we offer and it is already included in the price.

Delivery times are estimates and can shift for reasons outside our control, such as public holidays, weather or carrier incidents. If your order is delayed we will tell you as soon as we know.

For tracking, we send an email with the tracking number and a link to the carrier's website. Any questions, write to us through the contact form.

Areas we do not ship to

We only serve the countries listed above. If your address is in another country, the checkout will not let you complete the order. Within Spain we also do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla. These territories sit outside the customs and VAT territory of the European Union, so every order needs customs paperwork and import taxes that raise the cost and delay delivery. Write to us and we will look for an alternative.
